What is Consolidated Marks Card All the Semesters?
A Consolidated Marks Card (CMC) of all the Semesters combined is a single marks card that contains marks of all the semesters, i.e from 1st Sem to 8th Sem. Whereas, ‘Consolidated Marks Card of a single semester’ is a marks card of any one particular semester.
When would you need Consolidated Marks Card of All the Semesters?
You would need Consolidated Marks Card of All the Semesters when you have several attempted marks cards.
Is it a must to have a Consolidated Marks Card of All the Semesters?
Consolidated Marks Card of All the Semesters is not mandatory to have. This type of marks card is only for your convenience.
Note: Before you apply Consolidated Marks Card of All the Semesters you have to pass all the subjects in all the semester.
Requirements to get the Consolidated Marks Card of a single Semester:
- Make an online payment
- Fill the Consolidation application form
- Take the photocopy of all your marks Cards
- Get an A4 size Envelope from a stationary shop
- Submit
Step 1: Make an online payment
- Consolidation Marks card costs Rs. 1000
- Make payment at VTU payment portal: VTU Payment Link
Note: VTU has removed the PayUMoney link from its website






- Note down the Transaction ID/Payment ID at the end of your payment. You need to fill this Payment ID in the Consolidation application form.

Step 2: Fill the Consolidation application form
- Get the Consolidation application form from your college or print the form: VTU Consolidation application form
- Fill the Consolidated application form clearly

Step 3: Photocopy of all the marks Cards
- Photocopy all your marks cards and put your signature on the photocopies.
- Don’t worry if you do not have failed marks card.
Step 4: Get an A4 size Envelope cover from a stationary shop
- Put Consolidation application form, photocopy of marks cards inside the envelope
- Write the below address on the envelope

Step 5: Submit
Choose one of the following options to submit your application,
Option 1: Submit in VTU Bangalore Regional office, or any other VTU regional office nearest to you, and get your transcripts in 15 to 20 working days:

Please Note: If you plan to submit in Belgaum, no need to carry the xerox copy of Marks Card, no need of anybody’s signature, no need of anybody’s attestation, no need of letter. But you must carry any Identity proof such as College ID, Driving License, Election ID proof or any other ID proof.
