Playing cricket has always been the best exercise: I have lost almost 15 kgs in few days.

I was putting on weight for no better reasons. It was too much for me take it easy when people tell me I have put on weight. Enough was enough-I told them I am losing weight, and they are going to see it. I tried every possible methods to cut my weight; nothing seemed to work fine. Then one day I was given an opportunity to play for my office team – so I joined. It was from then I started to lose considerable mass.

Now after losing lots of weight I understood I can cut my mass just by playing enough cricket. That’s 10/10 for playing cricket!
